Effects of Loading Ratio on Electroless Ni-P Alloy Plating

摘要 以镀速、镀层中磷的质量分数和稳定常数为评价指标,在保持镀液组成和工艺条件不变的情况下,考察装载比对化学镀镍工艺的影响。结果表明:镀速随装载比的增加而降低;镀层中磷的质量分数随装载比的增加而增大;稳定常数在80%~94%之间波动;当装载比为1.5dm2/L时,镀液得到充分利用。 The effects of loading ratio on electroless nickel plating process were investigated with deposition rate,mass fraction of phosphorus in the coating and stability constant as evaluation index while the bath composition and plating process were kept constant.The experimental results show that the deposition rate decreases with the increase of loading ratio;the mass fraction of phosphorus in the coating increases with the increase of loading ratio;the stability constant fluctuates between 80%~94%;when loading ratio is 1.5dm2/L,the bath can be fully used.
