摘要
对铸件质量管理问题进行了研究,运用数据挖掘技术对铸造生产过程进行分析,按工序将铸造缺陷产生原因进行分类.提出了一种数据模型,可发现容易产生质量问题的工序以及相关的故障因素,向决策者提供信息,有利于决策者解决生产中薄弱环节存在的问题.
The paper studies the problem of casting quality management and analyses the foundry product process with technology of data mining . The produced reasons of foundry defects are classified according to processes.The author puts forward a kind of data model. it is easy to discover the process of defects formation and their relative factors and offers information to policy makers . It is of advantage for policy maker to resolve the problem.
