摘要
根据Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)离子在铂电极上的电化学氧化还原特性,采用DZ-I型电镀添加剂测定仪快速测定抛光液中Cr(Ⅵ)和Fe(Ⅲ)离子的浓度.实验表明,此法也适用于测定铜、铝、镍的铬酸电抛光液中Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度.
A rapid method for determination of Cr(Ⅵ) and Fe^(3+) ion concentration in steel electropolishing bath by using Additive Concentration Analyzer DZ-I was suggested based on the electrochemical characteristics of the studied ion on platinum electrode. The experimental results showed that the method is also suitable for determination of Cr(Ⅵ) ion concentration in electropolishing baths for copper, aluminium or nickel.
