摘要
化学清洗过程中常需加入还原剂以抑制因Fe3+浓度的升高而引起的加速腐蚀.本文试验了几种常用的还原剂,发现其中一些还原剂不仅没有起到抑制腐蚀的作用,反面引起腐蚀速率上升和严重的点蚀.实验证明,氯化亚锡和抗坏血酸是酸性介质中安全可靠的还原剂,而亚硫酸钠和盐酸联氨等将引起严重点蚀.
In chemical cleaning, reductants are usually added to inhibit the corrosion caused by the concentration increase of*'Fe 3+ . Several types of reductants are tested in the present work. It is found that some of the tested reductants increased the corrosion rate and causced severe pitting instead of inhibiting corrosion. The experiment showed that both stannous chloride and ascorbic acid are ideal and reliable reductants in acid medium, and Sodium sulfite and dimmine hydrochloride etc. can cause severe pitting in the chemical cleaning.
