根据金属电沉过程中添加剂的整平原理和Cu^(2+)、Fe^(3+)离子在铂电极上的电化学氧化还原特性,采用DZ-1B型电镀添加剂浓度测定仪快速测定氯化物镀锌液中添加剂和Cu^(2+)、Fe^(3+)离子的浓度.
A method for rapid determination of additives and metallic imperities in chloride zinc plating baths with Additive Concentration Tester DZ-1B is established based on the levelling action of additives and oxidation-reduction reaction of Cu^(2+),Fe^(3+) on platinum electrodes.
