提高连铸结晶器耐磨耗性能的Ni—Fe合金单层电镀技术的研究 被引量:4

A Study on the Improvement of Wear Resistance of A Crystallizer Used in Continuous Casting by Single-layer Plating Technique of Ni-Fe Alloy

摘要 研究了适合于连铸结晶器Ni—Fe合金单层电镀技术的工艺及配方,并对镀层的硬度、耐磨耗性能、耐热性能及耐热冲击性能进行了研究。结果表明,在本工艺条件下获得的含Fe3%~5%的Ni—Pe合金镀层硬度、耐磨耗性能、耐热性能及耐热冲击性能最佳,耐磨耗性能为相同厚度镍镀层的两倍。 The process parameters and the bath composition of Ni-Fe alloy plating for a crystallizer of continuous casting were studied. And the test results of hardness , wear resistance. heat and heat impact resistance of the Ni-Fe deposits indicated that the layeer containing 3 %~5 % Fe was the best among these layers with different Fe content. In comparison to pure nickel layer at the same thickness, the wear resistance of the layer with 3 %~5 % Fe was twice as much as that of pure nickel wear layer.
