摘要
目的观察黛柏膏外敷配合中药内服治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法将60例下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。两组均采用抗凝、祛聚、改善下肢静脉回流等基础治疗措施,治疗组另予黛柏膏外敷配合中药内服治疗,对照组予30%硫酸镁溶液外敷。两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效及患肢肿胀、疼痛、周径变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.67%、73.33%,两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患肢的肿胀、疼痛、周径有显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组诸指标的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黛柏膏外敷配合中药内服治疗下肢深静脉血栓能有效改善患者的症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Daibai Ointment＂ combined with Chinese medicine for the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods Sixty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both of the groups were treated by anti-blood clotting,remove blood stagnation and improving venous return.In additionally,the treatment group was treated by ＂Daibai Ointment＂ externally and Chinese medicine orally,and the control group was treated by 30% magnesium sulfate solution externally,with the course of 14 days.The swelling,pain and perimeter of the legs and the clinical efficacy were observed.Results The overall effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P0.05）;after treatment,there were significant differences in swelling,pain and perimeter of the legs in the two groups（P0.05）,and the indexes in treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined ＂Daibai Ointment＂ and Chinese medicine has a definite effect to improve the symptoms of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.
