摘要
目的 :观察消栓通脉合剂对深静脉血栓形成纤溶功能的影响。 方法 :结扎大鼠下腔静脉复制深静脉血栓形成模型。观测消栓通脉合剂对组织型纤溶酶原活化剂 (t PA)活性、纤溶酶原活化剂抑制物 (PAI)活性、血栓干重的影响。 结果 :消栓通脉合剂治疗组明显提高t PA、降低PAI和血栓干重 ,与通塞脉片对照组比较 ,PAI和血栓干重有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。预防组与生理盐水对照组比较 ,t PA、PAI和血栓干重均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :消栓通脉合剂有明显的促纤溶和抑制血栓形成作用。
Objective:To study the effect of Xiao Shuan Tong Mai He Ji(XSTM)on fibrinolytic function in deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods:Rat models of DVT were made by ligating the inferior vena cava.The effect of XSTM on t PA,PAI and dry weight of the thrombus(DWT)were observed.Results:XSTM treated group could increase t PA and significantly decrease PAI and DWT,as compared with Tong Se Mai group, P<0.05 .There was a significant difference between the XSTM preventive group and the saline group, P<0.05 .Conclusion:TSMT has favorable effect of fibrinolytic function and action of inhibiting thrombosis.
