摘要
研究了冲击改性剂MBS的种类和用量以及刚性改性剂树脂A的用量对PVC-M管件性能的影响。结果表明:当B-x用量为15份,树脂A用量为10份时,PVC-M管件达到了刚韧平衡,性能达到了CJ/T 272—2008《给水用抗冲改性聚氯乙烯(PVC-M)管材及管件》的要求。
The effects of the kind and dosage of impact modifier MBS and the effects of the dosage of rigid modifier resin A on the properties of PVC pipe fittings were studied.The results showed that:the rigid-toughness balance of PVC pipe fittings was achieved when B-xdosage was 15 phr and resin A dosage was 10phr.The properties of PVC pipe fittings met the requirements in CJ/ T 272—2008 Modified polyvinyl chloride(PVC-M)pipes and fittings for water supply.
