摘要
本文用Brabender塑化仪,双辊开炼机研究了刚性有机粒子(PS、AS、PMMA)对PVC/CPE共混体熔融塑化行为及力学性能的影响,探讨了不同加工温度对PVC/CPE共混体力学性能的影响,实验表明:添加少量刚性有机粒子后,体系的塑化时间缩短,塑化行为改善,韧性有较大幅度提高,拉伸强度有所改善.加工温度为160℃~180℃体系性能最好.
In this paper the influence of rigid organic particles(AS, PS, PMMA) on the plasticizing behaviour and mechanical properties of PVC/CPE blend was studied by means of Brabender plasticizing-meter and open double-roller mill, and the effect of different processing temperature on the mechanical properties of the PVC/CPE blend were studied. The results indicated that the plasticizing time was shortened and the plasticizing behaviour was improved by adding a small amount of rigid organic particles. The ductility and the tensile strength were also improved. The processing temperature, when the blend had optimum property, was usually 160~180C
