匈牙利公立幼儿园发展策略管窥
摘要
匈牙利现已基本实现学前教育的普及，其公立幼儿园体系在推动学前教育普及的过程中发挥了巨大作用。匈牙利注重赋予公立幼儿园以法律地位，同时实施了有效的公立幼儿园的管理、投入和师资培养等策略，为其公立幼儿园体系的发展和完善打下了坚实基础。我国需要立法以明确公办幼儿园的主体地位，加强对公办幼儿园的财政投入，注重保障公办幼儿园的师资质量。
