摘要
以丙烯腈酶催化法在管式反应器中生产丙烯酰胺为背景,利用FLUENT软件对管式反应器的混合效果进行了模拟。通过对比不同的进料支管伸入长度时管内的混合情况,发现混合效果随着支管伸入长度的增大,逐渐变好,支管出口在主管弯管段中心线起点位置时,混合效果最好;由于管式反应器的平均剪切强度比搅拌式反应器低17%,因此用管式反器生产丙烯腈是可行的。
This article aimed at producing acrylamide in a tubular reactor based on acrylonitrile enzymatic method. FLUENT software is used to simulate the mixing effect of the tubular reactor. According to the comparisons of the mixing effect, it is found that the mixing effect will be enhanced with the increasing of the length of branch tube plunging into the tubular reactor. The optimum on mixing effect could be ob- tained while the branched tube outlet is located in the starting position of the centerline of the bend seg- ment. The average shear strength of the tubular reactor is 17% lower than that of the stirring type reac- tor, which means the feasibility of producing acrylonitrile with the tubular reactor is exist.
