摘要
综述了近几十年来Australine的合成研究进展;概况了Australine构建吡咯稠环的方法,主要包括SN2取代法、RCM/跨环环化法、过渡金属催化法、酶催化法。讨论了它们的反应原料、关键步骤和合成方法。
Recent advances in the synthesis of Australine; mainly about the construction of the bicyclic ring involving SN2 displacement, Ring-Closing Metathesis, Reactions Catalyzed by Tranzition Metals, enzymatic reactions, etc. In this review, the aspects about substrates, key reactions and synthetic methods are discussed.
