摘要
本文根据液体在线混合室的两种不同结构归纳出两种入口界条件,相应获得二维和三维物理模型,应用有限差分法对其混合效果分别作了数值模拟。研究结果表明:设计液体在线混合室时,为了达到最佳混合效果,应使得浓度梯度与速度梯度方向一致,即让两种液体的入口管在同一根轴线上。
This paper reduces two inlet boundary condition and acquires the two-dimensional and the three-dimensional physical models,according to the constructions of the liquid online mixing chamber.Their effection are all numerically simulated.The results show that the directions of the concentration gradient and the velocity gradient should be same,in otherwords,two liquid inlet pipes should share one axises when designing a liquid on-line miXing chambers,and in this way,the mixing effection would be optimum.
