摘要
目的探讨儿童鼻窦低剂量CT扫描的应用价值及适宜扫描参数。方法将60例鼻窦患儿随机分为3组,分别行常规剂量CT扫描(100 kV、100 mA)及低剂量1CT扫描(100 kV、40 mA)、低剂量2CT扫描(100 kV、25 mA),CT扫描仪自动显示单次扫描加权CT剂量指数(CTDIw),对3组的CTDIw进行比较;由3位主治医师盲法分析各组的CT图像质量并分级。结果常规剂量组的CTDIw与低剂量1、2组的CTDIw相比,后两者明显低于前者,剂量下降比率分别为59.97%、74.95%;低剂量1组与常规剂量组的图像质量无明显差异,满足诊断率一致,低剂量2组的图像质量有所下降,满足诊断率亦下降。结论儿童鼻窦低剂量CT扫描有效地降低了辐射剂量,同时又保证了图像质量满足诊断要求,适宜的扫描参数可以实现CT图像质量与降低辐射剂量结合的最优化。
Objective To discuss the application value of low dose CT scanning in children with paranasal sinuses and the suitable scanning parameters.Methods Sixty cases of children with paranasal sinuses were randomly divided into three groups and given conventional dose CT scanning(100 kV,100mA),low dose 1CT scanning(100kV,40mA),and low dose 2CT scanning(100kV,25mA).CT scanner automatically displayed the single scan weighted CT dose index(CTDIw).CTDIw of three groups were compared;blinded analysis of the quality and the grading of each CT image were performed by three physicians.Results Compared the conventional dose group with 1,2 group of low dose group,CTDIw of the latter two was significantly lower than that of the former,and the dose decreased ratio was 59.97% and 74.95% respectively;compared low dose group 1 with conventional dose group,there was no significant difference in image quality,the met diagnostic rate being the same,while the image quality of low dose group 2 declined,the met diagnostic rate decreased.Conclusion Low dose CT scanning in children with paranasal sinuses can effectively reduce the radiation dose,and guarantee the image quality to meet the requirements of diagnosis,and appropriate scanning parameters can achieve the optimization of CT image quality combined with reduced radiation dose.
