多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描在副鼻窦检查中的应用 被引量:11

Low-dose multi-slice CT scanning for paranasal sinuses

摘要 目的探讨副鼻窦低剂量CT扫描对图像质量及眼晶状体所受辐射剂量的影响。方法设置不同mAs对160例受检者进行冠状位及轴位CT扫描,同时检测受检者眼晶状体所受的辐射剂量,并对图像质量进行评分分析。结果当mAs从200 mAs依次降至1005、02、5 mAs时,冠状位及轴位扫描组眼晶状体所受的辐射剂量依次较前一组明显降低。冠状位扫描四组中,200、100、50 mAs组之间在图像质量方面均没有统计学差异(P>0.05),25 mAs组的图像质量低于其它三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轴位扫描冠状面重建的图像质量与直接冠状面扫描的图像质量比较,2001、00 mAs组两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),50 mAs组和25 mAs组重建图像质量低于冠状面扫描,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论副鼻窦冠状面CT扫描可降低管电流至50 mAs,而不损失图像诊断质量,同时晶状体所受放射剂量明显降低。在不低于50 mAs条件下可用轴位扫描冠状面重建图像代替直接冠状面扫描,而不降低对副鼻窦结构的显示。 Objective To explore the effects of reducing mAs on diagnostic quality of images and the radiation dose to the lens undergoing sinus CT scanning. Methods 160 cases were scanned in axial or coronary orientation at different mAs. Lens radiation dose was measured and image quality was evaluated. Results Mean radiation dose to the lens was reduced in sequence with the reduction of mAs from 200 mAs to 100, 50, and 25 mAs. No significant difference of image quality in the coronary plane scanning groups was shown at 200, 100 and 50 mAs( P 〉 0.05). Coronal reconstructed images in axial scanning were statistically poorer than coronal scanning images at groups 50 and 25 mAs( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion CT coronal scanning in rnAs was reduced to 50 re.As without loss of diagnostic image quality. Coronal reconstructed images in axial scanning may take the place of coronal scanning images if mAs is not reduced below 50 mAs.
