摘要 目的研究低剂量CT扫描在副鼻窦检查中的应用及其临床价值。方法将108例患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组各36例,在其他扫描参数不变的情况下,A组用250 mAs进行扫描,B组用50 mAs进行扫描,C组用30 mAs进行扫描,比较各组图像质量有无差异。结果B、C 2组单次扫描权重CT剂量指数分别降低了79.89%和87.99%;B组与A组所得图像质量比较无明显差异,C组与A组所得图像质量比较有显著性差异。结论可利用50 mAs低剂量对鼻窦进行扫描,所得的图像对疾病的诊治无影响。 Objective It is to research the low-dose CT scanning in the paranasal sinus and its clinical value. Methods 108 cases were randomly divided into A, B, C group, each group had 36 cases. Group A were scanned by 250mAs, group B by 50mAs, and group C 30mAs, with other scanning parameters unchanged. Image quality of every group was compared to see whether there was difference. Results The exposal doses of group B, C were reduced by 79.89 % and 87.99 % respectively. No significant difference was found between group A and group B, and there was significant difference between group A and group C. Conclusion It is practical to scan the sinus with the low dose of 50 mAs, and its images have no effect on disease diagnosis.
