摘要
目的观察加味泽泻汤对高血脂症大鼠血脂的影响。方法选用雄性wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、洛伐他汀组和加味泽泻汤组,每组10只。正常组给予普通饲料喂养,其他大鼠给予高脂饲料喂养,连续4周,然后开始给予相应药物灌胃治疗4周,对照组给予蒸馏水。治疗结束取血检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高,HDL-C明显降低。与模型对照组比较,加味泽泻汤组TC、TG、LDL-C显著降低(P均<0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05)。结论加味泽泻汤具有良好的降低高血脂症大鼠血脂的功效。
Objective It is to observe the influence of Rhizoma Alismatis Decoction（RAD） on levels of blood lipids in rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods 40 male Wistar rats were divided into normal control group,model control group,Simvastatin group and treatment group,10 cases in each.The hyperlipidemia model was made by giving high fat feed,and common feed for normal control group.The rats were treated with distilled water in control groups and simvastatin in simvastatin group and RAD in treatment group,respectively.When the treatment was over,all animals were killed and took blood to detect the indexes such as total cholesterol（TC）,triglyeride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）.Results Compared with normal control group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in model control group were significantly heightened（all P 0.01）,and HDL-C was significantly decreased（P 0.01）.Compared with model control group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in treatment group were significantly decreased（all P 0.01）,and HDL-C was significantly heightened（P 0.01）.Conclusion RAD has better effect to lower lipid for hyperlipidemic rats.
