摘要
目的对加味泽泻汤治疗内耳眩晕患者的临床疗效进行探讨分析。方法选择2011年6月—2013年7月我院收治的56例内耳眩晕患者作为研究对象,根据患者住院尾号的奇偶数将其分为观察组与对照组,各28例,对照组患者应用氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组患者在对照组疗法基础上联合加味泽泻汤治疗。结果观察组总临床治疗有效率为92.9%,对照组的总治疗有效率为67.9%,观察组治疗总有效率92.9%明显高于对照组的67.9%(P<0.05);观察组复发率显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论治疗内耳眩晕患者应用加味泽泻汤,有利于提高治疗有效率,降低复发率,可在临床中广泛应用推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of modified Zexie decoction in treating inner ear vertigo. Methods From June 2011 to July 2013, 56 cases with inner ear vertigo patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to tail number of even or odd, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group weres treated with flunarizine. The observation group used modified Zexie decoction on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9%, the total effective rate of the control group was 67.9%（P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified Zexie decoction in treating inner ear vertigo is conducive to enhance the treatment efficiency, reduce the recurrence rate, and can be promoted in clinical application.
