摘要
本研究采用问卷、访谈相结合的方法，以宁夏回族自治区南部山区的14所幼儿园为调查对象，对少数民族地区幼儿园教师专业发展问题进行了调查。结果显示，幼儿园教师专业发展起点偏低，专业意识不强，教育理念缺乏，教师反思缺乏深度和广度，专业发展需求强烈但教师培训不能满足其需求。针对这些问题，研究者提出了相应的建议。
Adopting questionnaire and interview, this study investigated 14 kindergartens in the southern mountain area in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for the professional development of kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas. The results include low starting point of teachers＇ professional development, weak professional awareness, lack of educational philosophy, lack of depth and extent on teacher reflection, strong demand for professional development but being unable to satisfy the need for teacher training. Hence, the author puts forward some strategies and suggestions concerning these problems respectively.
