Determination of Semicarbazide in Flour and Flour Products

摘要 通过建立氨基脲的高效液相色谱串联质谱测定方法,对面粉及不同制品中的氨基脲进行了研究。将样品在酸性条件下样品进行水解,邻硝基苯甲醛衍生,HLB固相萃取柱净化,内标法定量。目标物的检出限能达到0.5μg/kg,工作曲线均呈良好线性,相关系数r>0.99,回收率为95%~102.0%,相对标准偏差5.9%~9.1%。 By a method based on high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, determinaton of semicarbazide in flour and flour products was studied. Sample was hydrolyzed under acid condition, derivatived by 2-nitrobenzaldehyde, by HLB-solid phase The recovery rate was 95%-102.0% and the RSD5.9%-9.1%
