摘要
研究并建立了饲料及兽药中呋喃它酮、呋喃西林、呋喃妥因、呋喃唑酮四种硝基呋喃类药物的高效液相色谱测定方法。用乙腈提取试样中的四种呋喃药物,提取液用正己烷净化,浓缩后用定容溶剂溶解残渣,溶解液过中性氧化铝柱净化,收集流出液,用HPLC进行测定,各标准曲线相关系数均>0.999,各成分在0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg浓度水平,加标回收率饲料在70%-120%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%,兽药在60%-120%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。方法准确、简便、快速,具有良好的重现性和准确性,可满足饲料及兽药中四种硝基呋喃药物检测的要求。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of four nitrofuran antibacterial medicines (furaltadone, nitrofurazone, nitrofurantoin and furazolidone) in feedstaff and veterinary drugs has been developed. Four nitrofuran compounds in samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and the extracted liquid was purified with n-hexane. After the purified liquid was concentrated, the residue was dissolved by mobile phase, and the resulting solution was further purified with a neutral alumina cartridge. The effluent was collected and was determined by HPLC. The correlation coefficients of calibration curves were 〉0. 999. At the spiking levels of 0. 5mg/kg and 1.0mg/kg, the recovery was between 70%-120% for feedstaff, and 60%-120% for veterinary drugs. The RSD was〈5%. The method is accurate, simple and rapid, has good repeatability and reproducibility, and can meet the requirements on the determination of four nitrofuran medicines in feedstaff and veterinary drugs.
