电针促进大鼠坐骨神经再生的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究电针对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后再生的作用。方法采用手术造成大鼠坐骨神经损伤模型,采用电针治疗,并进行电生理测定及组织学观察。结果电针组的神经传导速度恢复率(MCV’)和诱发动作电位振幅恢复率(MAP’)均高,与西药组、空白组比较有显著性差异;L_4、L_5脊髓前角及脊神经节标记细胞数多,与西药组、空白组比较有显著性差异,电针组的腓肠肌湿重恢复率(GMG’)高、肌细胞直径大,与西药组、空白组比较有显著性差异。结论电针有利于神经损伤后的功能恢复,具有明显促进神经再生的作用。 Objective To research the promoting effect of the electro-acupuncture therapy on the regeneration of the rats' injured sciatic nerve. Methods To make rats' sciatic nerve injury model by operation and treat these rats with electro-acupuncture and then to determined their nervous electro-physiology index and observ their histology changes. Results It was seen that the recovery ratio of motorius conduction velocity(MCV' ) and the recovery ratio of muscle evoked action potential(MAP' ) of group electro-acupuncture (EA) were higher than that of group western drug (WD) or group vacant control (VC). There was a very significant difference respectively. The count Of labeling cells in anterior horn of spinal marrow and ganglion spinal of L_4 and L_5 in group EA ranked first. There was a significant difference respectively while comparing with that of group WD of or group VC. The recovery ratio of the gastrocnemius muscle gravity (COG' )of group EA was higher than that of group WD or group VC. There was an obvious difference respectively. The diameter of the myocyte of group EA was higher than that of group WD or group VC. There was an obvious difference respectively. Conclusion it is suggested that electro-acupuncture therapy can promote nerve regeneration remarkably and improve the recover of nervous function.
