摘要
目的:探讨电针治疗面瘫伴发糖尿病的疗效。方法:将59例伴糖尿病的面瘫患者随机分为两组,均按照内分泌科诊疗常规进行处置。电针组予以电针治疗,对照组进行普通针刺治疗。两组均根据面瘫分级量表进行评分和面神经麻痹程度分级评分。结果:电针为主综合治疗伴糖尿病的面瘫愈显率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的72.4%。结论:电针治疗伴糖尿病的面瘫疗效优于普通针刺。
Objective:To discuss the result of electric-acupuncture therapy for those facial paralysis patients who with diabetes . Methods: 59 patients were randomly assigned to the electric-acupuncture group and the control group, 30 in electric-acupuncture group,29 in the control group. All received conventional Western medical treatment to reduce the FBG ,all received acupuncture therapy. But for patients in the electric acupuncture group, electric acupuncture equipment was used .All the patients facial muscle function was evaluated with scores. Result: the effective rate of electric-acupuncture therapy is 93.3%, better than the control group 72.4%.Conclution: electric-acupuncture therapy works better than only acupuncture therapy
