急性单核细胞白血病患者外周血和骨髓TCR Vβ亚家族T细胞的倾斜性分布特点 被引量:2

The Feature of Skewing Distribution of TCR Vβ T Cells from Peripheral Blood and Bone Marrow in Patients with AML-M_5

摘要 采用RT PCR扩增急性单核细胞白血病 (AML M5)患者外周血和骨髓单个核细胞的TCRVβ 2 4个亚家族基因 ,分析其TCRVβ亚家族的利用情况。结果发现 ,不同标本中可检测到 1- 19Vβ亚家族的T细胞 ,不同患者外周血和骨髓中TCRVβ亚家族T细胞分布不尽相同。研究结果提供了AML The TCR Vβ 24 subfamily genes were amplified in peripheral blood and bone marrow mononuclear cells from 5 cases with acute monocytic leukemia (AML-M 5) using RT-PCR, to observe the distribution of TCR Vβ subfamilies. The results indicated that 1-19 Vβ subfamily T cells could be identified in different samples from AML-M 5 cases. The variation of distribution of TCR Vβ subfamily T cells could be found in different individual samples. The results provided the feature of cell immune function change in skewed distribution of TCR Vβ subfamily T cells from peripheral blood and bone marrow of patients with AML-M 5.
