摘要
目的探讨临床心理护理对肺癌放射治疗患者的临床应用价值。方法选择收治的100例肺癌确诊患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。除常规护理外,观察组患者增加临床心理护理干预。两组患者在放射治疗前1周和放射治疗结束2个月后采用QLQ-C30(V3.0)癌症患者生活质量量表测试,比较两组患者生活质量。结果放射治疗前1周,两组患者生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放射治疗结束2个月后,观察组患者功能量表领域各项均分和整体健康状况均分均明显高于对照组,症状领域总分、疲倦、疼痛、失眠和食欲退减等症状均分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床心理护理程序可以有效促进肺癌放射治疗患者生活质量的提高,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention in nursing of lung cancer patients treated with radiotherapy,to promote the quality of their lives.Methods 100 cases diagnosed as lung cancer patients in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.the routing nursing applied into two groups and the psychological intervention was used in the observation group.the EORTC core quality of life questionnaire（QLQ-C30） was applied to measure the patients＇ quality of life one week before radiotherapy and two months later after radiotherapy,then the quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life measured one week before radiotherapy in the two groups was no significant difference（P0.05）.Two months later after Radiotherapy,the functional subscale scores and the overall health status in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the general symptoms score and item scores of fatigue,pain,insomnia loss of appetite in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusions Clinical psychological intervention was effective to improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy,so it has highly clinical value.
