摘要
目的探讨临床心理护理程序对食管癌放射治疗(下称放疗)患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我院放疗中心100例食管癌放疗患者,以病区分为观察组和对照组。放疗2病区为观察组,按照临床心理护理程序给予心理护理;放疗1病区为对照组,按放疗护理常规提供心理护理。分别对两组在放疗前1周、放疗结束2个月以生活质量量表进行测试。结果放疗前1周两组生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放疗结束2个月,观察组功能量表领域得分和整体健康状况得分均较对照组提高,症状领域和单项测量量表中,疲倦、失眠和食欲丧失3个方面得分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床心理护理程序可有效改善食管癌放疗患者的负性情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on the quality of life in esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy. Methods One hundred esophageal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received routine psychological nursing,while the patients in the experimental group received psychological intervention by trained nurses. The patients＇ quality of life was measured by the EORTC Core Quality of Life questionnaire（EORTC QLQ-C30） one week before radiotherapy and two months after radiotherapy. Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups one week before radiotherapy（P〉0.05）. Two months after radiotherapy,the function subscale score and overall health status in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）;the symptom subscale score and item scores of fatigue,insomnia and loss of appetite in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and relieve negative emotions in esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy.
