摘要
针对串行通讯中RS422接口耐受电压水平低、容易受到雷电电磁脉冲等干扰,提出了一种RS422接口特定的浪涌防护的方案。首先结合RS422接口设备电性能以及相关的信号浪涌设计规范,设计出合理的浪涌保护电路形式,其次通过理论计算和综合分析来确定各元器件的参数,最后通过相应的规范标准对所设计的电路进行测试来验证该电路所达到的预期效果。
Based on serial communication in RS422 interface withstand voltage level low, vulnerable to lightning electromagnetic pulse interference, the author proposed a RS422 interface specific surge protection scheme. Firstly, combined with RS422 interface device electrical performance and related signal surge design specifications, a reasonable surge protection circuit form is designed. Then, the parameters of the components to achieve the anticipated effect are calculated theoretically and analyzed comprehensively. The designed circuit is verified by relative specifications at last.
