摘要
结合视频监控系统信号传输的特点,设计用于视频监控系统保护的电涌保护器(SPD)。主要目的是抑制来自线路故障、开关动作过电压以及在信号线路上感应到的暂态雷电过电压,从而保护后端电子通讯设备免受电涌冲击。详细介绍了SPD的设计方案,采用电源、控制、视频三合一结构,由气体放电管和瞬态抑制二极管组成两级保护电路,选用合适的退耦元件以满足多级保护的能量配合,并通过桥式电路减小电路中的分布电容。通过理论分析与试验表明,该SPD具有电涌抑制能力强,电压保护水平低,插入损耗小等特点。
Combining with the characteristics of video surveillance system, a surge protective device (SPD) is designed for protecting video surveillance system. The SPD is mainly used to protect the electronic communication instrument from overvoltage due to line fault and switching, and transient lightning overvoltage inducted in signal line, thus to protect the back-end electronic communications equipment from surge impulse. The design scheme of SPD which adopt the structure with power, control and video three in one is introduced in detail. The two levels of protection circuit are composed of GDT and TVS. The appropriate decoupling component is adopted in order to meet the multi-level protection energy cooperation, and the distributed capacitance is reduced through the bridge circuit. Through the theoretical analysis and experiment, it is proved that the SPD has strong ability of surge suppression, low voltage protection level and low insertion loss.
