益气活血药对慢性缺氧大鼠肺血流动力学的影响 被引量:6

Effect of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation TCM on pulmonary hemodynamics in chronic hypoxia rats

摘要 目的:探讨由黄芪、川芎组方的益气活血药对慢性缺氧大鼠肺血流动力学的影响。 方法:将Wistar大鼠分为3组:正常组、缺氧组、中药组(给药浓度270g/L),各组12只。通过常压间断缺氧21d建立大鼠肺动脉高压模型,采用右心导管法检测肺血流动力学指标。观察益气活血药对肺血流动力学的影响。 结果:正常组、缺氧组、中药组的肺动脉平均压分别为(21.3±1.5)mmHg,(37.0±7.1)mmHg,(24.1±2.0)mmHg,缺氧组明显高于正常组(t=6.845,P<0.01),中药组与正常组相比,无显著性差异(t=0.241,P>0.05);右室收缩压、右室压力最大上升(下降)速率、血细胞比容、心率在各组之间的比较也得到上述结果,中药组的益气活血药可降低肺动脉压,改善心功能及血液流变学。 结论:由黄芪、川芎组方的益气活血药可防止低氧性肺动脉高压的形成。 AIM: To explore the effect of drugs which can benefit vital energy and activate blood composed by mongolian milkvetch root and szechwan lovge rhizome on pulmonary hemodynamics in chronic hypoxia rats. METHODS: Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: normal control group, hypoxic group and therapy group [treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with the concentration of 270 g/L], 12 rats in each group. Rat models of pulmonary hypertension were established by interrupting nor-mobaric hypoxia for 21 d. Right heart catheterization was used to detect the pulmonary hemodynamic indices. The effect of drugs which could benefit vital energy and activate blood on pulmonary hemodynamics was observed. RESULTS: Average pulmonary artery pressure were(21. 3 ± 1. 5) mmHg, (37. 0± 7. 1) mmHg and(24. 1 ± 2. 0) mmHg in the normal control group, hypoxic group and therapy group respectively, that in the hypoxic group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, while there was no significant difference between the therapy group and the normal control group (t =0. 241, P > 0. 05); the same results were observed in the right ventricular systolic pressure, right ventricular pressure maximum increasing (decreasing) rate, haematocrit and heart rate among the groups. The TCM, which could benefit vital energy and activate blood, could decrease pulmonary artery pressure, and improve the cardiac function and hemorheology. CONCLUSION: Invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation TCM drugs, composed of mongolian milkvetch root and szechwan lovge rhizome, can prevent the formation of pulmonary hypertension.
