USY型分子筛晶胞对其酸性及焦炭选择性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用NH3-TPD、FTIR、XRD、快速精密定炭仪研究了不同晶胞USY分子筛的水热稳定性、酸性以及其焦炭选择性。结果表明,用高温水蒸气法改性分子筛时,提高水热处理温度有利于其晶胞的收缩,使其稳定性增加。分子筛强酸量、总酸量、B酸都随着分子筛晶胞常数的减小而减小,而分子筛L酸的酸量、酸强随着分子筛晶胞的减小而增加。不同晶胞USY分子筛的晶胞越小其活性越强,而其积碳越小,分子筛的焦炭选择性也随着其晶胞的减小而减小。 The techniques such as NH3-TPD,FTIR,XRD and fast fixed carbon instrument were used to investigate the hydrothermal stability,acid properties and coke selective of USY zeolites with different crystal cell.The results have shown that when Y zeolite is undergoes hydrothermal treatment under high temperature,which could facilitate crystal cell contraction of zeolite,which can make its stability increased.Also with the decrease of the crystal cell of USY,the strong acid amount,the total acid amount,and the B acid amount are all reduced.But the L acid of the molecular sieve is increased.In addition,with the decrease of the crystal cell of USY,its activity increases and the carbon deposition and coke selectivity are all reduced.
