摘要
“石油炼制和基本有机化学品合成的绿色化学”是 2 0 0 0年立项的 973计划项目。该项目以 1999年结题的国家自然科学基金重大项目“环境友好石油化工催化化学与反应工程”为基础 ,围绕“绿色化学”的宗旨 ,以解决当前国家资源与环境领域面临的突出问题为目标开展基础研究。本文介绍了项目实施几年来在新催化材料、新反应工程、新合成 /加工路线等方面形成的具有自主知识产权的重大新技术及其应用实施情况。这些技术包括生产清洁汽油的多产异构烷烃的催化裂化工艺技术、降硫降烯烃工艺技术、环己酮氨肟化技术和磁稳定床加氢技术。最后 ,总结了项目实施的组织模式。
Green chemistry related to gasoline, diesel and petrochemical production”is the major state basic research development program launched in 2000, funded by the national. This project is based on an applied basic research program with the title “environmentally benign petrochemical catalytic”, fulfilled in 1999. The program was designed to encourage basic research to give new scientific knowledge concerning novel catalytic materials and new reactor engineering for 'green' processes. In course of execution, it always takes 'green chemistry' as basic tenets and vital environmental problem confronted currently by national energy sources as object to research 'green chemistry'. This review highlights a series of clean production technologies developed in the areas of interest regarding novel catalytic materials, reaction engineering, processes and new routes that reduce or eliminate the use and generation of hazardous substances, such as process for maximizing isoparaffin yield (MIP), fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts for olefin reduction (GOR series) and additive for sulfur reduction (LGSA); hydroisomerization and desulfurization of FCC gasoline (RIDOS); process for cyclohexanone oxime production; and magnetically stabilized bed hydrogenation technology. Moreover, an effective manage pattern is introduced.
