改性八面沸石上结炭的红外光谱研究——Ⅱ.水热处理温度对结炭的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用红外光谱技术,详细研究了水热处理温度对超稳Y沸石(USY)表面羟基及1-己烯结炭过程的影响。研究发现,随水热处理温度的提高,超笼羟基、小笼羟基及与脱铝空位和骨架外铝相关联羟基的红外伸缩振动谱带逐渐减小;硅终端羟基红外伸缩振动谱带逐渐增强;结炭速率和饱和结炭量下降。此外,1-己烯在经自蒸汽处理样品上于室温下吸附即可环化成苯。再经水热处理后,结炭过程中吸附态烃成环和支链化速率均减慢。 Infrared spectroscopic technique was used to study the coke formation on ultrastable faujasites (USY) in detail. The effect of hydrothermal treating temperature, on OH groups and coke formation has been elucidated. With increasing hydrothermal treating temperature, the intensity of OH stretching bands in supercage, hexagonal prism and OH bands related to dealuminated vacancy and Al at external skeleton decrease gradually, while that of external OH groups increases gradually. The coking rate and the ultimate amount of coke on USY also decrease with increasing hydrothermal treating temperature. Besides, it has been found that cyclization reaction may take place even at ambient temperature on self-steamed sample, which is consistent with its stronger acidity.
