摘要
汽车悬架系统对整车行驶动力学具有非常大的影响,是汽车总布置设计、运动校核的重要内容之一,汽车悬架系统的复杂空间机构给其动力学分析带来较大的困难,ADAMS的虚拟样机技术可解决该问题,在分析典型悬架结构的基础上,对其进行建模仿真、验证模型的可行性分析论述,得出较实用的ADAMS模型,为同类型工程实践提供借鉴。
The automobile suspension system has great effect on driving dynamics, as one of the important contents of the layout design and motion checking. Because of the complex spatial mechanism of automobile suspension system it is difficult for the dynamic analysis. The virtual prototype technology of ADAMS will solve the problem. Based on the analysis of typical suspension structure, the modeling and simulation are provided and the feasibility of the model is obtained, which has a certain reference significance in practice.
