摘要
目的:GC-MS法分析罗勒子挥发油的化学成分。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取罗勒子中的挥发油,GC-MS法分析挥发油的化学成分。结果:从罗勒子挥发油中共分离出68个化合物,鉴定了64种成分,占挥发油总成分的96.82%。主要组分为三十一酸甲酯(18.56%),对-烯丙基茴香醚(7.04%),γ-谷甾醇(6.52%),Z,Z,Z-7,10,13-十六碳三烯(5.88%),1,2-环氧十九烷(5.06%),3-甲基丁醛(4.78%)。结论:64种化合物均为从该植物中首次鉴定出,本研究为新疆罗勒子资源的开发利用提供了理论依据。
Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of volatile oil of Seme Ocimi Basihci by GC - MS. Method: The vol- atile oil was extracted by steam distillation, and their chemical compositions were analyzed by GC - MS. Results: There were 68 com- pounds in volatile oil, and 64 compounds were identified. The main components were Triacontanoiacid methylester ( 18. 56% ), p - AllylaniSole (7.04%), gamma. - Sitosterol (6. 52% ), cis, cis, cis - 7, 10, 13 - Hexadecatrienal (5.88%), Nonadecan, 1, 2 -epoxi (5.06%), 3 -Methylbutanal (4. 78% ). Conclusion: 64 kinds of compounds were identified from the plant for the first time, this study can provide a theoretical basis for development and utilization of resources of Seme Ocimi Basilici in Xinjiang.
