摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取维吾尔药材罗勒中的挥发油成分,并用气相色谱-质谱法分析其化学成分,共鉴定出63种化学成分,占挥发性物质含量的87.49%。在罗勒挥发油中主要化学成分为α-萜品油烯(30.97%),香榧烯醇(20.57%),α-萜品油(6.87%),β-月桂烯(4.75%),δ-愈创水烯(3.19%),杜松烯(3.16%)等。
The essential oil in the basil of uyghur medicine was extracted by steam distillation method,and over 87.49% of the chemical components in the volatile from the herb were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Sixty-three compounds were identified. The major components are α-terpinene (30.97 % ), torreyol (20.57 % ), α-terpinol (6.87 % ),β-myrcene ( 4.75%), δ-Guaiene(3.19%),Cadinene(3.16%),and so on.
