摘要
作者在大鼠缺血小肠再灌注损伤模型上,观察了血浆脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)及血液流变学部分指标的改变和自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果表明:MDA与全血低切粘度、红细胞聚集指数、Casson屈服值间有明显的相关性(r值分别为-0.798,-0.762,-0.877,P<0.05),用SOD可使MDA及血液流变学的部分异常得到恢复,提示脂质过氧化反应可能是影响血液流变特性的重要因素之一。
We observed the changes of malondialdehydes (MDA) and some rheological properties of blood in rats during intestinal ischemia/reperfusion and the effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on these changes. The relation between lipid peroxidation and rheologkal properties of Mood was also observed. The results show that there are relations between MDA and whole blood viscosity at shear rate of 5.75 s-1, aggregation index of red cell, Casson's yield values (r=-0.798, -0.762 and -0.877, P<0.05), SOD attenuat the increase of MDA and the alterations of rheological properties of Mood, and indicate that LPO in body have important influence upon hemorrheology.
