摘要
在家兔小肠缺血模型的病理条件下,检测小肠粘膜的乳糖、蔗糖及麦芽糖三种双糖分解酶的活性,并观察小肠粘膜双糖酶活性与小肠粘膜组织学的相关关系。结果发现,在小肠系膜血管结扎24h后,三种酶的活性均增高;当血管结扎48h、72h,三种酶的活性均显降低,而此时小肠粘膜绒毛膜柱状细胞的大小,位置,形态等组织学所见,基本与正常组相同,可见酶活性的改变早于组织学的改变。检测双糖酶活性的变化规律是研究消化生理和小肠疾病的理论基础。
n this study we made a pathological model of intestinal ischemia in rabbits.
Under this conditionwe ohserved the activities of three types of disaccharidases in intestinai
mucos i.e. lactase,sucrase andmaltas. The correlation among them was also ohserved.The
result showed that after 24 hours of liga-tion of the mesenteric blood vessels ,the activities of
these three disaccharidases were increased.After48, 72 hrs of ligation,the activeties of the three
types of disaccaridases were significantly decreased,wbile the structure,shape,size and
histological findings of columnar epithelial cells of intestinal villiwere mainly the same as those
of the control. We found that the changes of enzyme activity happendearlier than those in
histology. To measurement of the changes in the activities of small intestinal disac-charidases
is the theoretical basis for the research of digestive physiology and intestinal diseases。
