摘要
介绍济钢采用转炉冶炼、炉外精炼、控制轧制、正火+回火工艺开发生产锅炉压力容器用12Cr2Mo1R钢板的实践。一系列分析结果表明,济钢研制的12Cr2Mo1R钢板质量稳定,满足了用户制造耐高温结构件的要求。
The article describes the development and production practice of 12Cr2Mo1R steel plate for boiler and pressure vessel by BOF melting, secondary refining, controlled roiling, normlizing and tempering process, which shows that the quality of 12Cr2Mo1 R steel plate developed by Jigang is stable and satisfies the requirements of customer to manufacture high temperature resistant component.
