摘要
采用微观组织分析法,对某钢铁公司生产的工程机械用960QT热轧板试样经过焊接后出现冷弯开裂的形成原因进行了一系列分析。结果表明,该类热轧板焊后出现冷弯开裂缺陷主要是由于焊接热影响区晶粒粗大和钢中第二相析出控制不理想引起的。
The 960QT hot-rolled steel plate used in the construction machinery had cold-bend cracks defect in the cold bending test after welding, which were produced by a iron and steel company. A series of analysis on the causes were completed by the microstructure method. The results show that the cold-bend cracks defect result from the bulky grain in the hot affected area and the poor control in the second-phase precipitation in steels.
