复方α酮酸联合低蛋白饮食治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨复方α酮酸联合低蛋白饮食对延缓慢性肾功能不全患者病情进展,改善营养状况中的作用。方法两组患者均给予蛋白质0.5～0.6g/(kg·d)的饮食。B组同时口服α-酮酸片,1片/5kg/d,3次/d,餐时服用。A组单纯低蛋白饮食,两组均观察10个月。结果 B组的GFR下降速度明显低于A组,营养指标明显高于A组,血钙明显高于A组,血磷明显低于A组。结论复方α酮酸联合低蛋白饮食可以延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展,改善患者的营养状况,纠正钙磷代谢紊乱,纠正代谢性酸中毒,改善生活质量。
