摘要
目的:探究将尿毒清颗粒应用于终末期肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者的治疗中对患者钙磷代谢以及血浆中甲状旁腺激素水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2014年2月-2018年10月间收入的所有终末期肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者的一般资料,根据本次实验要求抽取出26例患者纳入本次研究开展实验。通过双色球抽签分组法,将所有患者均分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组。对照组患者在治疗时采用常规维持性血液透析和常规治疗方案,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上,应用尿毒清颗粒开展治疗,每四周为一个疗程,连续用药三个疗程。在治疗完成后,对比患者的钙、磷、甲状旁腺激素(Parathyroid Hormone,PTH)、肌肝清除卒(Creatinine Clearance,Ccr)、血清肌肝(Serum Creatininen,SCr)以及尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)水平。结果:治疗完成后,所有患者的各项生理指标均获得一定程度的改善,但实验组患者的血钙、血磷以及PTH值改善状况较对照组更优,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。同时实验组患者的Ccr、SCr以及BUN水平改善较对照组来说明显更优,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。同时实验组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组来说更高,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在对终末期肾衰竭患者应用维持性血液透析治疗时加入尿毒清颗粒,能够有效对患者体内的钙磷代谢紊乱进行纠正,降低PTH值,并对患者体内的各项生理指标进行调节,能够提高治疗效果,对于患者的康复来说有积极意义,是一种有效的治疗方案,值得推广使用。
Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Niaoduqing granules (尿毒清颗粒) on calcium phosphorus metabolism and parathyroid hormone levels in plasma in the maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure during end-stage.Methods: According to the requirements of this experiment,26 patients were divided into two groups by the which were named as the control group and the experimental group,13 patients in each group.The control group were treated with conventional maintenance hemodialysis and conventional treatment.The experimental group were treated with the Niaoduqing granules more.Results:After the treatment,all the physiological indexes in all patients were improved to some extent.And the improvement of serum calcium,blood phosphorus and PTH in the experimental group was better (P<0.05).The same time,the Ccr,SCr and BUN levels in the experimental group were significantly better (P<0.05).The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Niaoduqing granules can effectively correct the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients,reduce the PTH value,and carry out various physiological indicators in patients,with good efficacy,and is worth promoting.
