摘要
通过合成低玻璃化温度丙烯酸树脂对硝酸纤维素进行增塑及改性,采用低重金属磷酸锌防锈颜料,开发出低重金属防腐涂料。讨论了影响涂膜性能的各种因素,结果表明:本研究制备的产品综合性能优异,重金属含量远低于国家强制性标准GB 24409—200《9汽车涂料中有害物质限量》的要求。该产品已大批量应用于汽车轮毂、底盘等零部件,满足用户的使用要求。
Low heavy metal anti-corrosion coatings is prepared by using low glass transition temperature acrylic resin as modifier and plasticizer for nitrocellulose and a kind of low heavy metal phosphate zinc as anti-rust pigment. The film influencing factors are discussed. It is proved that the prepared coatings has good comprehensive properties and the content of heavy metal is far below the content stipulated in GB 24409--2009 Limited of Harmful Substances of Automobile Coatings. This product has been widely used in wheel rim, suspension etc. to satisfy the customers requirements.
