摘要
本文研究了铝上电镀工艺,在传统浸锌法的基础上,提出一次浸锌- 浸铁镍法和二次浸锌- 交流方波预镀暗镍法,所得镀层结合力好、平整光滑,避免了横向腐蚀,经过试验,提出了适合铝轮毂( 硅铝合金) 电镀的工艺方法。采用自制装置定量测定了铝上镀层的结合力。
Electroplating of aluminum and its alloy was studied. Based on traditional zincate-immersing method, zinc-immersing followed with iron-nickel immersing and dual zincate-immersing followed with dull nickel strike plating using square wave alternate current were presented. The resultant deposit had advantages such as bright, smooth, good adherence and eliminated cross corrosion. Furthermore, electroplating process for aluminum-silicon alloy such as aluminum hub was experimented. Deposit adherence was quantitatively determined using our self-designed device.
