摘要
针对铝合金2024-T3防腐蚀问题,通过合成自乳化环氧固化剂,采用无铬防腐颜料,开发出一款水性无铬防腐底漆。讨论了影响漆膜性能的各种因素,并与国外同类产品进行了对比实验。结果表明:本研究制备的产品在性能上超过了进口水性环氧底漆,可作为目前含Cr6+水性环氧底漆的替代品。
A waterborne epoxy chromium - free corrosion protective primer for AA2024 - T3 AI alloy was developed by using a self-emulsifying epoxy hardener and chromium -free antieorrosion pigment. Several influencing factors on the primer properties were discussed. The results demonstrated that this waterborne epoxy primer is a viable replacement for the currently used chromate -based primer and its performance is oveq)ass the similar imported products.
