摘要
高校作为知识密集型组织,知识管理水平的高低直接决定了高校社会服务功能发挥的优劣。从现有高校知识管理应用现状来看,以信息技术应用促进高校知识管理水平的提高可以有所作为。根据知识管理应用的不同阶段,具体措施包括建设校园基础网络、教师个人知识库、网络教学平台、知识交流平台、知识应用平台、信息素养培训等几个方面。
Colleges and universities are knowledge-intensive organizations; their level of serving the socie- ty is determined by knowledge management （KM）. In view of the current situation of KM applied in colleges and universities, there is still room to improve by means of application of information technology. According to the different stages of KM, the following measures could be taken in promoting the level of KM ： campus net- work construction, teachers＇ personal knowledge base construction, network teaching system construction, in- formation exchange platform construction, knowledge application platform construction, and information litera- cy education, etc.
