摘要
信息化水平是衡量高校综合实力的重要指标,教育信息资源管理则是高校教育改革与发展的必然要求和重要推动力量,而高等教育信息资源的有效管理和充分利用是履行好大学4项职能即人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承的基础性工作。只有充分拥有并运用高质量的教育信息资源来为高校的教学、科研和管理服务,才能切实围绕"人才培养是高校的根本任务",为培养大批高素质有能力的专业人才做贡献。介绍了中国高校教育信息管理的概念和内容,重点探究了高校教育信息管理在高校发展中的作用,探讨了高校教育信息资源管理领域研究的发展趋势。
The AI application level is the important index of measuring the comprehensive strength, education information re- sources management is the inevitable requirement and an important driving force for the college education reform and development, and the effective management and make flail use of the higher education information resources is a foundation work to fulfill four functions well： talent training, scientific research, social services and cultural heritage. Only fully use the high quality of education information resources to serve teaching, scientific research and management services, in order to effectively around the ＂talent cultivation is the fundamental task＂, for training a large number of high-quality ability of professionals to make contribution. This article introduced the concept and content of the higher education information management in our country concept and content, focusing on the role of higher education information management in the development of universities, and explored the development trend of the information resource management research.
