摘要
应用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分析了我国9种按蚊雌成虫乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)酶谱,结果都呈现一条主带。其中,米赛按蚊的LDH酶带移动得最快,微小按蚊的最慢。用人血清稳定的LDH_2酶带作为标准参照物,这些蚊虫LDH具有亚属的特异性:米赛按蚊、中华按蚊、嗜人按蚊、昆明按蚊(皆为按蚊亚属)的酶带相对迁移率Rm>1.00;寇氏按蚊、多斑按蚊、大劣按蚊、吉甫按蚊、微小按蚊(皆为塞蚊亚属)的Rm<1.00。
The zymograms of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) among nine species of Anopheline mosquitoes (Female) from China were studied with horizontal electrophoresis in 1% agarose gelThe results indicate that their LDH zymograms exhibited single major band.The fastest-moving LDH band was observed in An. messeae, and the slowest in An. mininus.Taking the stable LDH, band of human serum as reference marker, LDH zymograms of these anopheline mosquitoes possessed specific characteristics in subgenus. The subgenus Anopheles (An.meSseae,An. sinensis, An.anthropophagus, and An.kunmigensis) showed faster-moving LDH bands (Rm>1.00) than the subgenus Cellia ( An.kochi.An.maculanis, An.dirus. An. jeyporiensis, and An.mininus) with Rm value < 1.00.
