我国七种按蚊卵的扫描电镜形态研究 被引量:2

摘要 用扫描电镜技术观察了我国按蚊亚属7种蚊卵的表面细微结构,结果表明:按蚊卵的网纹、船面饰缘和船面突起在各蚊种间,甚至在近似种之间都存在一定的差异,可作为按蚊亚属近似种或种团的分类指标;浮囊的细微结构变化小,分类意义不大;瓣突和精孔区的特征种内变异非常大,作为分类指标时应谨慎。 Using scanning electromicroscope, seven species of anopheline mosquito eggs were studied. Among them, the microstructure of exochorion of Anopheles liangshanensis. An. kweiyangensis An. kunmingensis, An. hyrcanus and An. messeae were not reported before. The results showed that ultrastructure of plastron network, frill and tubercles of deck were useful in distinguishing sibling species of anopheline eggs. Microstructure of float had little difference between species. The micropylar area and lobed tubercles presented obvious intraspecific variations, so, it should be careful for using in classification.
