“以人为本”理念在创新老年/特约门诊护理服务中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的根据老年/特约门诊病人的特点及健康需求,创新老年护理服务模式,提高病人就诊满意度。方法采用调查研究方法,通过问卷调查和定性访谈相结合收集数据,运用SPSS 16.0对数据进行整理和分析。结果老年/特约门诊病人健康状况欠佳,老年慢性疾病患病率较高;我院老年病人多数学历高且多为退休机关干部,高度关注自身健康,对健康知识有强烈的需求;亲和力与服务态度是影响老年病人就诊满意度的重要因素。结论结合老年/特约门诊病人特点和需求,重视老年护理服务中的人文关怀,关注老年病人的生命质量,提供人性化老年护理服务,拓展优质护理服务项目是提高老年病人就医满意度的关键。 Objective To innovate the services model of elderly-special outpatient on base of the patients' features,and to improve the elderly patients' satisfactory rate. Method Questionnaires were used to collect data,and then analyzed them combined with investigation and qualitative interview using SPSS 16.0. Results The elderly- special patients were in poor health and their prevalence rate of chronic diseases was high. They had such good educational background and high administrative titles that they cared for their health so much. They were keen to gain the knowledge of health. The affinity of our stuff and the service attitude played important roles in promoting the elderly patients' satisfactory of healthcare. Conclusion The key factors to increase the elderly patients' satisfactory of healthcare are consideration of the elderly patients' characteristic and needs, the humanity care, attention on their quality of life, ,expanding of the excellent nursing service and so on.
